#There is some necessary knowledge to write correct business mail. After it knows them,
correct business mail can be written. Good impression of the other party or more of

A. Explain the overall idea for designing a business e-mail as is mentioned in the

#A large amount of information is sent to a lot of people,because the business mail can
work separately and is useful. And the most important thing is to write short,and
concisely.Finally,business mails also say who they are from,so we might not need to
"sign" the email.


B. Write a short business e-mail on a topic of your choice .You can address the e-mail to
me or anyone of your choice. Write in your own words.

#It is mail that differs from the business mail,and is sent to the individual.The first of
all important one writes an important content as concisely as possible.Next,don't forget
to write own information.And, it is emphasized to want to tell it.It is necessary to
confirm whether there are neither an illegibility nor an erratum omission of a word at
the end.

A comprehensive editor will collect all the other sections (text written by information
